Kriegsmarine Aluminium buckle “R.S.&S.”

This is a really interesting aluminium German marine buckle. The buckle is original gold plated and later overpaint with green color. This it typical practise for later used in Coastal Artillery. The leather tab is original sewn. The buckle and the tab are both maker marked Richard Sieper & Sohne, Ludenscheid.
